With effect from 1 March 2016, those who intend to use or are using air purifying respirators such as N95 masks, etc, need to do the following:
- All first time users of respirators are required to complete and submit a health declaration form to NUS Occupational Health Clinic to be reviewed by health physician;

- Respiratory Protection Programme Training for first-time users
(OSHGEN04) through IVLE:
http://ivle.nus.edu.sg - Subsequent annual refresher trainings: Respiratory Protection Programme Training for returning users (refresher)
(OSHGEN05) through IVLE - Frequency of medical checkup – will be based on the outcome of the review of the Health Declaration form submitted by users.
- Frequency of mask fitting – to be determined by the PI or prescribed by the attending occupational health physician;
