Here in Applied Chirality Tigers, we offer every undergraduate ample opportunity to develop themselves into aspiring research scientists, as well as budding business leaders. Period of Recruitment
We will be holding an introductory talk around the mid semester period of every semester. During the talk, we will share more insights of the program and open the door of opportunity for undergraduates to join our team. Application form will be made available online and during the talk. Simply fill up the form and return us via nus.iprog@gmail.com.
During the semester vacation, interviews will be conducted for the new applicants. Short listed candidates will be inducted into the program after attending a week long training and equipping session conducted by the current management team. Upon joining the program, a Letter of Indemnity will have to be completed and signed by all the new members.
Job Scope in this Programme
Members will form research team of pairs or trios and embark on selected UROPS (Undergraduate Research Opportunities Programme in Science) project. These projects are specially designed for our program, as they have the potential to create economic impact upon the industry. Members will earn Modular Credits (MC) from these projects, and they can be counted towards their graduation requirement.
Within each research team, members will take on roles of Team Leader, Human Resource Executive, as well as Production Executive. With their individual job responsibilities, each member will manage the progress of the project and the running of the program. From this area, members will acquire management skills whilst putting their research skills at work.
