Planning & Policy

Long Term Plans

Training

This programme possesses tremendous educational and enrichment potential to benefit undergraduates in the biochemistry, chemistry and engineering disciplines. The benefits of a hands-on-approach and independent-learning will become apparent when members complete their training in the programme and become individuals well-equipped with the experience and knowledge in preparation for an exciting career and future in the aforementioned disciplines and industry.

Alumni Board

Over the years, members of the programme will form an alumni board. Some of these alumni members will choose to remain active for a period of time and serve as mentors or supervisors to the current batch of intake. The rest of the alumni will remain in contact and share their career interests or profile. We believe this will allow us to keep track of the success stories from the programme and enhance the value of the programme to the students, the various departments in NUS and prospective employers.

Venture

With an established alumni network and well-documented findings and research outcomes over the years of the programme’s development. We hope to attract the alumni members who are well-versed in their specialty to consider a possible business venture or start-up, to make it a truly integrated programme, taking individuals from education and training to career and business.
