FESEM – thin films or dry solids
SEM – thin films or dry solids
TEM – thin films or dry solids on TEM grid
Request for Instrument Training
Interested students/staff from Faculty of Science, NUS should request through email to the staff in-charge. Invitation will be sent once training schedule is confirmed.
FESEM – 2 hour training and 1 hour practice & test
SEM – 1 hour training & practice
TEM – 1 hour basic operation training and 1 hour practice & test
Booking of Instrument
Booking of the following instruments is opened to authorized users only on a first-come, first-served basis. Parties who wish to have their samples analyzed by staff-in-charge could send their request for analysis through email.
FESEM – every Thursday, 8.30am onwards
SEM – every Thursday, 8.30am onwards
TEM – via email
