Schedule

25 September 2008

Participants may bring their displays to set up any time between 12 noon to 5.00 pm. Please report to the registration booth before setting up their displays.

Participants will be provided with a desk and a poster board for their display.  Poster should be restricted to maximum A1 size in portrait orientation.

27 September 2008

Please arrive at 8.45 am to be seated for the prize presentation ceremony. We will send the detailed schedule to you soon.

Certificate of participation

We would like to request your school to submit the confirmed names of the participants by 10 Sep 2008. The names provided will be printed as
such on the certificate of participation, which will be given out on 27 Sep 08.

If we do not receive the names by the deadline, they may not be printed in time on the certificates. In this case, it is possible that the names are handwritten on the certificates instead; or if printing is insisted, the distribution of certificates maybe delayed till after the competition.
