Research Interests

I am interest in the device physics and spectroscopy of solution-processable graphene and conjugated polymers for organic semiconducting applications, with focus on:
Solution-processable graphene
Organic semiconductor devices (field-effect transistors, solar cells, light-emitting diode)

Highlighted by Advanced in Advances, Nature Publishing Group( Asia Materials) and Insight Frost & Sullivan.

Solution-processed graphene nanosheets obtained from sub-stoichiometric oxidation of graphite, exfoliation, in -situ functionalisation, then thermal de-oxidation showed band-like transport with activation energies <0.7 meV, high mobility >10cm2V-1s-1, and air-stable n- and p- channel operation.
