My research group is seeking highly motivated individuals who wish to pursue a Ph.D. degree in Synthetic Organic Chemistry and/or Medicinal Chemistry Programme in Chemistry Department, NUS. Candidates can freely choose any interested project from my group.


Research Interests

Development of novel synthetic methodology for the synthesis of natural products, pharmaceuticals and other interesting biologically active molecules, particularly focusing on asymmetric synthesis, is the major theme of my lab. In the mean time, development of chiral small molecule library and then screening for human diseases will be another very interesting direction in my lab.
