Chromatography Laboratory

The laboratory provides routine analysis and chromatographic method development.

It accommodates samples such as novel polymers, natural products, pharmaceuticals, medicinal compounds, food products, biological samples, environmental samples and more.

Services Available

High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) - Instrumentation includes two Agilent 1200LC systems equipped with VWD and DAD detector, respectively; Shimadzu LC system with FLD and UV detectors and Waters 1525* binary pump LC system with dual wavelength UV-Vis detector.

Gel Permeation Chromatography (GPC) - Instrumentation includes Waters Model 515 HPLC pumps with Model 2414 Refractive Index Detector.

Gas Chromatography (GC) - Instrumentation includes Agilent 6890 and Agilent 6890N model systems, both are equipped with flame ionization detector.

Gas Chromatograph-Mass Spectrometry (GCMS) – Instrumentation includes Shimadzu GCMS-QP2010 Plus system and HP6890 GC system with HP 5973 Mass Selective Detector.
