Tandem Mass Spectrometry

The MicrOTOF-QII is an accurate mass, high resolution instrument for small molecule identification as well as intact protein work.

The Autoflex III TOF/TOF is a powerful plateform for many MALDI based applications including protein sequencing, protein analysis and polymer analysis.

Analysis Requests

There are three different forms available for download.

Form 1 for pure compound analysis (EI, CI, FAB, ESI, APCI, MS/MS).

Form 2 for GC/MS analysis (EI and CI).

Form 3 is for LC/MS analysis (ESI and APCI).

All requests MS for analysis should be sent via chmwlk@nus.edu.sg.
