Single crystal X-ray diffraction techniques offer single crystal structure analyses on crystal selection and mounting, determination of a crystal system, space group and unit cell parameters, structure solution refinement and preparation of molecular illustrations.
X-ray powder diffraction studies diffractograms at variable tempeartures ranging from -160 to 1100 deg C. Capabilities include measurement of small angle X-ray scattering, characterization sample orientation and crystallinity, idenfication of samples with preferred orientation, phase identification and texture measurements.
Single Crystal X-Ray Diffraction Studies - Instrumentation includes Bruker-AXS Smart Apex CCD single-crystal diffractometers.
X-Ray Powder Diffraction Studies - Instrumentation includes Bruker-AXS D8 ADVANCE Powder X-ray diffractometer with Anton Paar Model HTK 1200 High Temperature Chamber and Model TTK450 Low Temperature Chamber, and Bruker-AXS D8 DISCOVER with GADDS Powder X-ray diffractometer.
